Outline

The onboarding flow begins with configuring general settings.

Step 1: User Management

Invite team members who will be involved in integration, setup, and campaign management. Only users with an Administrator role can send invitations.

Step 2: Personal Settings

Customize your personal settings in InOne, such as your username, password, language, and two-factor authentication.

Step 3: Account Settings

Configure your account settings, including your logo, two-factor authentication, campaign language, time zone, currency, website URL.

Step 4: Business Industry

Tell us which industry your business belongs to; it helps Insider One tailor the setup experience for you.

Different industries (like Retail, Travel, Finance, or Insurance) have unique needs. By selecting your correct industry, we can personalize your upcoming integration steps, recommendations, and data structure accordingly. Choose the one that best fits your business.

💡 Tip: Don’t worry; this selection doesn’t change your campaigns immediately, it just helps shape the right setup flow for your business type.

Step 5: Basket Selection

Let’s check if your website has a basket (cart) page: this helps Insider personalize your integration for eCommerce features.

If your users can add products to a basket or cart before buying, Insider can track those actions and use them to create smarter campaigns, like cart reminders or product recommendations.

You’ll see a simple question: “Do you have a basket (cart) page on your website?”

Choose one of the following:

  • Yes, we have a Basket Page → Insider will include cart-based events in your integration setup.
  • No, we don’t have a Basket Page → You’ll skip cart-related integrations.

💡 Tip: If you’re not sure, ask your website or product team → they’ll confirm whether a cart page exists.

Once you complete these steps, Insider will automatically adjust your next integration tasks to match your business model perfectly.
