Your Account Settings are essential for customizing your profile, managing your brand identity, and fine-tuning your panel preferences. These settings help ensure that your Insider experience is perfectly aligned with your business needs. From uploading your logo to managing language preferences and campaign settings, the Account Settings section gives you full control over how your platform works.

In this section, we’ll walk you through the most important settings, such as your Partner Name and ID, Two-Factor Authentication, Campaign Settings, and much more. Let's explore how you can personalize and secure your account to get the best results from your campaigns.
To access these settings, simply click Your Username > Settings > InOne Settings.

Partner Name & ID
Your Partner Name and Partner ID are automatically generated when your account is created. These unique identifiers are essential for integrating Insider’s features, such as Web Push API and Recommendation API. If you ever need them for an integration, simply return to this page to copy them.
Upload Your Logo
Showcase your brand by uploading your company logo. If a logo has already been added, you can easily update or remove it.
- This logo is used as the default icon across the platform where applicable.
- It also appears in push notification previews when setting up campaigns.
- Updating the logo only affects new campaigns—existing active campaigns will need to be re-saved for the change to take effect.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Protect your account with two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security. By enabling 2FA, you'll use a verification code from Google Authenticator to log in.

Campaign Settings
Customize the default settings for your campaigns to ensure consistency across all your marketing efforts.
Default Campaign Language
Set a default language for your campaigns, which will be automatically selected during the Launch step. If your website supports multiple languages, you can manually change the language selection as needed.

Default Time Zone
Choose your preferred time zone, which will be used for all time-based settings, such as campaign scheduling and countdown timers. For instance, if you set up a countdown campaign, the timer will follow the selected time zone.

Default Currency & Supported Currencies
For multi-currency websites:
- Select a default currency to display campaign analytics and financial metrics. Other currencies will be converted to this one for reporting.
- Choose additional supported currencies if you want to track conversions in multiple currencies.

Web & Social
Ensure your Insider Tag and campaigns run smoothly by adding your website and mobile website URLs. If your mobile site shares the same URL as your desktop site, you can leave this field blank.

Customer Service Email Settings
Stay informed by adding an email address for customer service notifications. This ensures you receive alerts about important updates—like low coupon code availability—so you can take action before campaigns are affected.
