Getting Real-Time Support with Live Chat
The Insider Help Center offers a live chat feature that allows you to connect with Insider’s customer support team in real time. Whether you need quick guidance or immediate assistance with your campaigns, live chat provides a fast and efficient way to resolve your questions.

Live Chat aims to assist you within 15 minutes and resolve any case you encounter. For optimal support, you can also create support tickets.
When Should You Use Live Chat?
Live chat is best for:
- Quick troubleshooting – If a campaign isn't displaying correctly or a trigger isn't working as expected.
- Urgent integration questions – When you need immediate help with a tracking tag or event setup.
- General inquiries – If you're unsure about a feature or need guidance on best practices.
- Small adjustments – When you need minor edits in your setup but don’t require in-depth investigation.
For more complex or technical cases that require in-depth review, creating a ticket through the Help Center is recommended.
How to Start a Live Chat
- Click the Contact Us button at the top of your InOne panel, next to your partner name.
- Enter your name, email address, and message.
- Click Start Chat to begin the conversation.
- Once connected, you’ll see your queue position and the customer support manager assisting you.
- During the chat, you can send messages and share attachments for detailed assistance.
After receiving a response and completing the chat, you can provide feedback by clicking the Like or Dislike buttons at the top of the widget.
