Understanding Professional Service Limits (PSL)
Professional Service Limits (PSL) define the scope and quality of services that Insider provides to Insider users. This agreement ensures transparency, accountability, and a strong foundation for successful business relationships.
Why Does PSL Matter?
By clearly outlining service expectations upfront, PSL helps protect both Insider and Insider users, ensuring:
Clear expectations – Partners know exactly what services they will receive and at what level.
Consistent service quality – Performance standards help maintain high-quality service delivery.
Reduced risk – Well-defined limits minimize misunderstandings and potential conflicts.
Performance tracking – Both parties can measure service effectiveness and ensure business needs are met.
Accountability – The agreement holds Insider responsible for delivering services as promised.
How Service Packages Work
There are four different Professional Service Packages designed to meet the needs of different industries. These packages are assigned based on the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) level of a users.
By following the PSL framework, we ensure fair, transparent, and effective collaboration with our users—helping them get the most value from our services.

Note: If you have any questions regarding the PSL, contact your Customer Success Manager if you have completed your onboarding. If you are still in your onboarding period, your go-to person for PSL-related questions is the Customer Onboarding Manager.
