Start a Live Chat with Insider Help Center

You can start a live chat directly from the Help Center for real-time assistance. Here’s how:
- Click the AI Assistant button in the bottom right corner.

- Choose an option and select Ask Question to submit your query to the AI.

- After receiving the AI-generated answer, if you still need help, click No when asked if you found the answer.

- Click the Live Chat button.

- Rate your AI conversation and click Start a new conversation.

A live agent will be available in the widget at the bottom left corner, depending on your region’s working hours.

Support Channels Based on Use Cases:
- Insider Academy: Always the preferred way to find answers.
- Tickets: Use when needed for more complex issues.
- Live Chat: For immediate issues that can be resolved in 15 minutes.
