You can start a live chat directly from the Help Center for real-time assistance. Here’s how:

  • Click the AI Assistant button in the bottom right corner.
  • Choose an option and select Ask Question to submit your query to the AI.
  • After receiving the AI-generated answer, if you still need help, click No when asked if you found the answer.
  • Click the Live Chat button.
  • Rate your AI conversation and click Start a new conversation.

A live agent will be available in the widget at the bottom left corner, depending on your region’s working hours.

Support Channels Based on Use Cases:

  • Insider Academy: Always the preferred way to find answers.
  • Tickets: Use when needed for more complex issues.
  • Live Chat: For immediate issues that can be resolved in 15 minutes.
