The Insider Help Center’s AI-powered assistant is here to help you with quick questions about campaigns, reporting, general inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.

How to start a chat:

  • Visit the Insider Help Center and click on the assistant widget at the bottom right corner.
  • Choose the option that best fits your question—Campaign Creation, Troubleshooting, Insider Platform Guidance/Issues, or check your previous tickets.
  • Follow the options to narrow down your query. For example, if you choose "Campaign Creation > Architect > Starter Condition," it will guide you through specific topics.

If you prefer, you can type your question directly to get an AI-generated answer.
